Refund Policy
At The Beauty Studio by Mia Love, we strive to provide each client with an exceptional and relaxing experience. All services are performed with care and attention to your individual needs. Because spa treatments are customized and time-based services, all sales are final once the service has been rendered. Refunds are not available for completed treatments. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact management within 24–48 hours so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.

Prepaid Packages & Memberships:
Prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or credited toward another service at the discretion of management.

Retail Products:
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
