Understanding Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and begin your appointment on time.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid delays for other guests.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

3. Payments

• We accept Zelle, credit/debit card.

• Balance is due at the time of service.

• Klarna and Afterpay will be available soon, stay tuned!

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• All services are non-refundable once rendered.

• Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or credited at management’s discretion.

• Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. Used or opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect treatment outcomes.

• Certain services may be denied or modified for safety reasons based on your health information.

• The Beauty Studio by Mia Love follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all treatments, tools, and equipment.

6. Professional Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Inappropriate or disrespectful conduct toward staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

• Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Promotions, discounts, or special offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

• Expired promotions or gift certificates will not be honored.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and accept that spa treatments are for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. The Beauty Studio by Mia Love and its staff are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or condition resulting from undisclosed medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected only for booking and service purposes and will be kept confidential. We will never share or sell your information to third parties.

10. Agreement

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions

Any updates or amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
